where’d i go?
it’s been a minute…
life is different now. good different. not working as much, i’m enrolled in VLI (vli.org). writing music, singin it. i played some of the old hold up stuff tonight on a truck/stage, ha! [worshiptruck.com] NO LIE! it brought back memories. i’m playin acoustic this friday at daily grind. that is also where i work now. i think between today and this friday i will have reached my live performance quota. 2 live shows every 2 & 1/2 years…? i’m okay with that. i got to travel a good bit this year. played bass for a group of killer songwriters on the road for a week-ish. reconnected with old friends while traveling. i guess there have been ups and downs. death and new life. that’s the way it goes. and now, i wait to see what’s comin next. cause i dont really know. all i know is what is happening right now. maybe i’ll find a way to make more money, maybe i wont. maybe i’ll play more music, maybe i wont. maybe i’ll grow, maybe i wont. i hope i grow. i really do. i’m enjoying this season and i hope i dont squander *sp* it. i just wanna take advantage of all the blessings in my life and live it to the fullest.
that’s the plan for now. we’ll see.
